How did I land with this creative method?

I had a very weak PC with older specs, 3th generation Core i5 with no GPU support. Me and a friend wanted to start this project that required us to generate TTS for our work.

Most of free options online either allow you generate maximum of 30-60 seconds with long queue of people generating TTS.

Most free options online had bad TTS quality and sometimes sound laggy and chopped.

I wanted to have the ability to generate 5 minutes or more if possible, in one go without hassle of going back and forth with free tools me 30-60 seconds + long queue.

Accidently while I was asking grok to recommend me the best TTS models we can use online either ads based or free monthly credited, I saw that you can let grok narrate or read aloud it responses back to you after they are generated. I discovered that grok has a library of narrators you can use for free I can use without the hussle of setting up a TTS Model and going back and forth generating all the texts I needed if I used a service or model. But you need to prompt or send the entire script to grok first and then respond it back to you so it can narrate it.

I tested grok TTS narration and most of them were high quality and clean with a collection of voice library you can choose from.

I faced another problem! How am I going to export the grok TTS narrations I needed? At the moment I went with recording all the narrations I needed with OBS Studio and then exporting it.

Hope you find this helpful! If you have found another TTS libraries I can try or you have got another creative way to handle effortlessly generating TTS without going through all the technical, hardware requirements and TTS generation.
All rights go to Lee McGeorge for this wonderful course, a step by step guide to planning, writing and publishing your novel.

Lesson 1 – Getting Started

First write metadata + estimate total duration it will take
name, total words, total time
eg.
Ghost story,
25,000 words,
3 months

one month plan
one month write first draft
one month revise the text
make a small plan you can actually follow.

brainstorm ideas about what you going to write (can be removed later if not needed)
victorian man, 2030, hacker, carpenter, a father of 2, gambler, politian,………….
not mainly finish the novel with those ideas.

Mysteries, Doubts in the novel.
that you will narrate through out the novel.
The killer is unknown and blamed the hacker he was jelous because one day the girl he was dating once said hi to that man in the bar.
write multiple mysteries that will be through out the novella.:w

keep brainstorming, still no wonder where all this is going.

We need a scene list can have upto ~35 scenes for the entire novel.

short treatment 2 to 3 stories in a page or 2 per scene.

ideas -> story -> make real plan in the scene list

figure out what the story actually about

what is the topic and

the message - what you want ppl to think about after finish reading

eg. topic - search for the truth
message - sometimes its better not to know the truth.

Story models

Lesson 2 – Story Models

brainstormed ideas turned to a coherent narrative
try a story shape to connect the ideas. The structure is a guide, not a cage.

eight point arc (try to pass the entire storyline through this 8 points if possible)

1 stasis - how they live,

2 trigger - something happens to drive the drama forward ,

3 quest - since something happend now we have to go and fix it or do something right.

4 discovery - find and learn about things, we might need to do something about it, to overcome it

5 critical choice / crisis

6 climax - big explosins, car chases, gunfights, HIGH anderaline

7 reversal - reverse stasis if necessary from the beginning

8 conclusion - way to say good bye to the characters

built on top of critical choice, trigger and discovery

Character basics

Lesson 3 – Character Basics

Hero - Robert - 35

Wife - Rebecca - 31

Crazy Sister - Clara - 30

Heroine - Julia -27

Engineer - Father - William John Isambard - 52

Boy on Fire - Henry William Isambard - 6

characterization vs true character (show dont tell)
some characters might have similar or different traits, goals, ethics and world views.
give each character a want, a point of view, and something that gets in the way.

Character arcs

Lesson 4 – Character Arcs

what motivates and what drives people to do certain things
how a person changes gradually, not all of them in the story but can be some or multiple. By how effective it is with the story line.
what changes in them by the end? Let the change grow out of the choices they make.

Based on wikipedia, A teacher, also called a schoolteacher or formally an educator, is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence, or virtue, via the practice of teaching. Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone. In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family, rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college.

The people normally hired by these institutions aren’t competent. Most students doesn’t have the ability to sniff out the incompetent. These people are the main source of misery and evilness in this world.

I had a friend who k*lled himself because of some ruthless teachers who had no mercy on humanity. Those people betrayed themselves a while ago and because they couldn’t handle that fact, taking the will and courageness to betray the humanity, education system and their own little families. The students most of the time are accurate and ruthless. They can smell if you choose yourself against choosing their time, rights and future.

The teachers are busy individuals doing minimal boring tasks running mind competitions with their collegues. Skimming through 20 year old presentation slides, without igniting us to be curious and learn to take care of ourselves and people after us. But mostly we end being more confused us with their pronounciations and misunderstanding of basic ancient topics. Scoring an A or C doesn’t really matters. Did I end up more curious about what I learned and had that drive to ask more questions about that subject or did I end up exhausted and never looked back at that subject or matter because I scored an A+ or C entirely judged by that one bad teacher.

Some of those teachers run back to their burnt out wives, who dont want to fuck em. Burnt out from all the mind-comparison games running through their heads with their collegues. They are been up for 5 days so tired and want to sleep. A purpose lacking sell out men trying to ejaculate into them to feel something real and subtle.

Plato ideas and the American dream killed us morally and intellectually. And no curriculum will be sufficient to reverse these bad effects. What is under discussion is irrelevant and probably supports feminist empowering and demasculating.

What we have now is people who constantly lie to themselves, every living second of life about how a promising future is going to unfold in their way.
They hallucinate using dialectic, heuristic, and other tools saying similar analogies and things already been said by their peers.

Endless self torture and selfhelpnesses will always find people falling into those traps consciously and subsconsciously forever.

I just read this few months ago and felt I need to share and talk about it.

“That was scary”. It was just 1998. Before the rise of modern media celebrity era, drama, hollwood movies and the gaint social media. Those 504 people map the statistics for all different people youth mindset.

This is a recent 2 years ago survey of 12,000 people including 2000 from the US.

Recent data must be one of the most censored data that will never surface and be available.

The following chart is from BBC documenting suicide rates in the United States.

I am not sure if BBC would ever show their real stats. These numbers are before the AI chatbots, LLMs and AI-friends boom.

Surround your loved ones, take care of each other, love life and god. I really do love you. You are probably stressing about something uselesss nobody noticed or thought about. See if its probably the time to leave your smart devices behind and start using a flip phone. Communicate non violently with your loved ones.
